WHAT'S ON TAP?
Our beer selection ranges from modern takes on classics to the downright esoteric.
Our taps rotate frequently - check out our current brews:
IPA | abv 7.1%
Brewed with barley, wheat, rye, oats, and just a touch of honey malt, we hammered this beer with Galaxy, Motueka, and Simcoe and double dry-hopped it with the same blend. Big notes of juicy tropical fruit, papaya, kumquat, and dank green tones are rounded out by a pillowy soft finish. The Space Jellyfish roams its alien landscape.
Double IPA | abv 8.1%
A little Victory malt and lactose add heft to a base of 2-row and oats. Ridiculous amounts of Simcoe and Idaho 7. An entropic profusion of pungent dank pineapple with hints of black pepper and tea in the nose and a long creamy finish. This one’s for that friend that always pushes you out of your comfort zone because they don’t have one.
Do whatever. Whenever.
Multigrain Double IPA | abv 7.8%
Collab beer with Peabody Heights Brewery
We cooked this one up with our pals from Peabody Heights Brewery. More grains than your favorite trail mix, it was built on a fluffy and dense five-grain base of spelt, wheat, rye, oats, and 2-row barley, then hopped heavily with Galaxy and two hop varietals that are new to us, Idaho Gem and Barbe Rouge. The new varietals contribute a dense red fruit character (think cherry and blackcurrant) while the Galaxy keeps things roundly tropical. Low bitterness and a ridiculously soft finish. A beer so mellow it’ll bring out your inner hippie.
IPA | abv 6.5%
2-row, golden promise, wheat, and oats provide the backdrop for the cacophony of citrus and tropical notes from the ridiculous amount of Citra, Mosaic, and Amarillo in this double dry-hopped IPA. Lush grapefruit, mandarin orange, lychee, papaya, the works. Take your time with the name. We’ll wait.
Pineapple, Passionfruit, + Guava Kettle Sour | abv 6.0%
Put your party pants on, because we pumped up this kettle sour with lactose for oomph, and then gently fruited it with guava, passionfruit, and pineapple. Tart and refreshing, like a tropical lemonade. We all went through a party phase, but we’re better now. Maybe.
Triple Berry Kettle Sour | abv 5.4%
We went hard on the berries for Polydribbles #4 and created a juice bomb unlike any of its predecessors. Brewed with the same simple base of pilsner and wheat malts and conditioned on over 250 lbs of blackberry, raspberry, and blueberry purees, this is the most fruit we’ve jammed into one of these. Bright and fresh and perfect for winding down the summer. We still don’t know what a polydribble is, but now there are four of them.
TINY TYRANT: MOSAIC
Single Hop Pale Ale Series | abv 5.5%
The second Tiny Tyrant is built on the same grain bill as the first, but this time hopped exclusively and assertively with the famous Mosaic, with more of a bite than its predecessor.
It is small but mighty - this one packs a flavor punch with an aroma to match.
TINY TYRANT: SIMCOE
Single Hop Pale Ale Series | abv 4.8%
The third Tiny Tyrant is once again built on the same grain bill as always, but this version is hopped aggressively with Simcoe hops. They say good things come in small packages, especially when those things have delicious aromas of pine and mango.
Porter | abv 5.3%
This suddenly seasonally-appropriate porter has aromas of coffee and bitter chocolate followed by nutty malt, roast, and a bit of figgy raisin. Drink up and get excited, ‘cuz it’s finally dark beer season! It’s totally okay for you to drink this now and we don’t think you’re crazy at all.
S'MORE STOUT | abv 7.9%
A harbinger of cold weather, this is a thick-and-creamy stout built on a hefty base of 2-row, oats, and a plethora of roasted malts. We dumped a bunch of graham cracker in the mash, then added 63 lb of marshmallow fluff and finished it with chocolatey cocoa nibs, vanilla beans, and cinnamon. Rich and dreamy, this stout screams of dark chocolate and dense roast, but ends with a delightfully smooth, creamy finish. Decadent with a touch of sweetness. Go ahead, have s’more.
Malty Little Beer | abv 5.3%
A not-particularly-traditional take on one of our favorite styles. Maris Otter and brown malt contribute a nutty, roasty complexity while Victory and Caramunich sweeten it up a touch. Balanced, with notes of coffee and hazelnut.
Kolsch | abv 5.3%
An unassuming, crisp little kolsch for these hot days. Pilsner, Vienna, Wheat, and a little Munich round out the grain bill. Hopped in the kettle with Mandarina Bavaria and left alone in stainless for a few extra weeks to think things over. Lightly malty and refreshing.
