PHANTOM SCREAM

Double IPA   |   abv 8.6%

We wanted to really celebrate the hops on this one. Scream from the rooftops. So we brewed it with a large, goopy addition of Citra and Mosaic Incognito and Simcoe cryo in the whirlpool, then dry-hopped heavily with a mix of pellets and cryo from all three strains. We fermented on Omega's Cosmic Punch to tease the fruity thiols out of the malt and hops. Heavy aromas of passionfruit and peach shriek out of the glass to dance on your palate with grapefruit and white wine tones while the gentle base of 2-row and oats create a perfectly soft mouthfeel to land on. This one's for when you need to get your head on straight.

PYROMANCER

West Coast Double IPA   |   abv 8%

This one is an ode to the sorcerers that first tamed the bitter flame of the hop. Crisp and dry with a drinkability that belies its strength. Ablaze with Citra and Simcoe on a bed of kindling comprised of Chinook, Cascade, and Centennial. A conflagration of dank earth and resinous pine, fresh cut grass, and winter citrus with a firm malt backbone and a bracing bitterness that cuts through it all. Burn it all down in the cleansing fires. Build anew.

LORD BONES

Milkshake IPA   |   abv 7.1%

This sweetheart of an IPA is brewed with rye, oats, and lactose, then hopped with Citra, Simcoe, and Motueka. We double dry-hopped it with a heaping helping of bright, sunshiny Vic Secret and even more Citra, then added a double fistful of Madagascar Bourbon vanilla beans. Big tropical notes of pineapple and creamsicle with a smooth, dreamy finish.

KALEIDOCHROMA

West Coast IPA with Terpenes   |   abv 6.5%

An ode to new frontiers. 2-row, wheat, rye, and vienna form the backbone. Mash hopped with Saaz and Cascade to release thiol precursors, then hopped without restraint with drippy, resinous Mosaic Incognito, Motueka, Strata, and a particularly aromatic batch of good ol' CTZ. Fermented on Omega's Star Party to free all those thiols, dry-hopped intensely with Mosaic Spectrum and more CTZ, Motueka, and Strata, and then blasted into a prismatic dreamscape with the classic West Coast flavor of Northern Lights terpenes. Punchy lime notes compliment berry and tropical citrus with a deep, tart guava background from the thiols and a no-nonsense bitterness to finish out. It’s time to drink in kaleidoscopic color.

SPACE JELLYFISH

India Pale Ale   |   abv 7%

Brewed with barley, wheat, rye, oats, and just a touch of honey malt, we hammered this beer with Galaxy, Motueka, and Simcoe then double dry-hopped it with the same blend. Big notes of juicy tropical fruit, papaya, kumquat, and dank green tones are rounded out by a pillowy soft finish. 

The Space Jellyfish roams its alien landscape.

INESCAPABLE FATE

India Pale Ale   |   abv 6.2%

A grist of 2-row, Golden Promise, oats, and inevitability. Heaping mounds of Citra, Nelson Sauvin, and Motueka met their end in the boil and double dry hop. A kismetic nose with notes of lime, white grape, and juicy citrus. Hints of soft malt and bright tropical fruits complement the uneasy feeling that you can't avoid what's coming.

Drink up. It's almost time.

CRYOMANCER

West Coast IPA   |   abv 5.5%

This one is a tribute to the wizards that mastered the art of sub-zero hop oil extraction. Eminently drinkable and refreshing. An icy cavern of Chinook, Cascade and Centennial found amidst a shrieking blizzard of Citra and Simcoe Cryo. Assertive notes of honeyed citrus, and fresh winter pine. A frigid chill of bitterness howls across the palate to finish. Bury the world in ice yet again. Stay warm.

JELLYFISH HATCHLING

Little IPA   |   abv 4.8%

We took the juicy tropical hops and softness you’ve come to expect from Space Jellyfish and made them adorable. Bright citrus with bold mango and passionfruit come through in the nose, followed by a flavor full of dank grassiness and zippy lime, ending with a thick, creamy mouthfeel that will make you wonder how something so small can have so much presence. The last Space Jellyfish is in captivity. The galaxy is at peace.

WEREWOLF DEATHGRIP

American Kölsch   |   abv 5.5%

This dangerous little crusher was carefully brewed in full daylight with German Pils, Vienna, and a touch of corn, then gingerly hopped and dry-hopped with Amarillo and Hallertau Blanc. A soft, slightly toasted malt character and subtle hints of ripe orange and lemongrass give way to a crisp, dry finish. Perilously refreshing, but not for drinking under a full moon. You've been warned.

POLYDRIBBLES #12

Raspberry/Guava/Cara Cara Orange/Vanilla Sour   |   abv 5.3%

Brewed with the same simple malt base as its predecessors, then conditioned on over 500 lbs of raspberry, guava, & cara cara orange purees along with tons of Madagascar vanilla beans. Explosively juicy with major orange juice notes, sweet berry tones, and grown-up fruit punch vibes and a crisp, tart finish. Still trying to figure out what a polydribble is, but we’ve got a dozen running around now.

 

 

FAUSTINATOR

Doppelbock   |   abv 8.2%

This deceptively simple lager belies the complexities of its consequences. Brewed in the clearest of terms with a mash of the best German Pilsner and Light and Dark Munichs. Hopped under an infernal agreement with Hallertau and fermented on a classic German Bock yeast. Conceived at a crossroads with big rich notes of raisin and fig, coffee and chocolate, and thick, dark bread.

So sign it over. No Take-backs.

VERNAL GENESIS

Maibock Lager   |   abv 6.9%

This love letter to German malt will keep you warm as we make the transition into warmer weather. Made from Pilsner, Vienna, and Munich. Hopped for balance with just enough Hallertau Mittelfrüh and lovingly lagered for several weeks. A deep burnished gold with a rich, bready, subtly sweet maltiness and a toasty complexity that gives way to a crisp, easy finish. It’s almost time to emerge from our collective hibernation.

IMPALER

Vienna Lager   |   abv 5.5%

There's a tapping sound at the window. Better check it out. This one is built on a sturdy base of Vienna malt and rounded out with a touch of Munich and Melanoidin then robed in the inky blood-tinged darkness of Carafa Special III. It soars through the night on silent wings of Hallertau and a classic German lager strain. Intense notes of rich, toasty malt, dark fruit, and toffee with hints of chocolate and caramel and an endless thirst that drives it out into the darkness to feed.

The night is young. Invite it in.

DARK PATH

Vanilla Coffee Porter   |   abv 5.5% 

Staked through the heart with an unnerving dose of Tahitian and Madagascar vanilla beans and laid to rest with local cold brew from one of our favorite local roasters, there’s a chill in the air as this one rises from its bed of rich, nutty Maris Otter and a complex array of specialty malts. Spine-tingling aromas of fresh chocolate chip cookies, cacao nibs, and rich brownie batter mingle with complex flavors of chocolate-smothered espresso beans, brown sugar, and coffee ice cream. Can you feel it watching? Don't stray from the path.

German Chocolate Cake Imperial Stout   |   abv 8.4% 

We started with density in mind. Brewed with hefty amounts of flaked oats and barley and a complex and intricate variety of specialty malts. We pummeled it with Dutch cocoa powder and vanilla beans, then recirculated the batch through dozens of pounds of cacao nibs and house-toasted pecans and coconut. Pours black as night with a thick dark tan head. Dense notes of coconut cream, pecan pie, fresh coffee, and rich fudge.

Go deep. Get lost in the Ruin.
